signs of spring, signs of love
Surely this is a good sign? On my condo balcony this morning, despite the persistent chill, there are signs of spring love:

Even absent the love commentary, I'd say it's a sure sign of spring that the finch is changing colors. Optimism springs eternal during the end of February; you can almost feel the end of winter (actually, I really can-50 degrees here all this week!). Welcome back!
