your choice
Do you want more photos and stories of what it feels like to look out the window on a Saturday morning here in Madison? Knowing that we are experiencing the coldest week of the decade?
You sure?
I had to spend a day at the Law School again -- more meetings, workshops, etc. etc. I took a quick break in the early afternoon to run down the hill and get a latte (extra hot, please!). Not many people out and about. And even those used to winter here looked like they had had enough of this.
Forget about Madison for now. I'm offering a trip to Provence, France. One that took place in May, 2002. With strangers. Read about it on Ocean View, on the "Armchair Roaming" page.

I like to read travel guides too! I ought to travel more. For awhile when I was traveling a lot, I relied on...Blue Moon? Blue Ridge? I can't remember the name of the series. And, hmph, neither Google nor Amazon seem to be much help refreshing my memory. Have you read the People's Guide To Mexico? Very enjoyable.
ReplyDeleteLook at that hatless woman, proving my point that it is never cold enough that more than half of the young people on campus are wearing hats.
