did you know
…that if, on March 28th, you stand in the middle of State Street at 6 pm and face the UW campus, you can see a perfectly centered sun, receding over the horizon?
And isn’t it gratifying to realize that next week, that same view will be yours to admire at 7 pm, or even a few minutes after?

Yes, we are desperately in need of Daylight Savings Time. Dawn breaks at -- what? -- 4 am these days. It's making me crazy!

It's odd that Daylight Savings in the US happens a week after ours here in Europe. We've already been enjoying those late sunsets for a week. But don't worry - Bush has seen there's a problem and like the good President he is, he's on it! http://www.timetemperature.com/tzus/daylight_saving_time_extended.shtml
