outdoor work
Ask your friend – do you have a lot to do, or not so much? They’ll always say: tons! More than a lot! Beyond the impossible!
I took my own “beyond the impossible” stack of papers outside. Just for a few minutes… But it was so heavenly out there, in a field of dandelions, that my papers and I stayed put and watched the sun move from one end of the horizon to the next, wondering why it happened so fast.
Sunny May days should last forever.
In the meantime, the farming family in the field to my side settled in for an evening of outdoor work too.
Mother and son, I think.
The difference between them and me? Their work will produce crops. Mine will produce grades.
