return
Yesterday, I looked out the window of my daughter’s apartment for a long long while. It was drizzling and raining and the colors were as one would expect – brown and sad.
This morning I arrived in a Madison that was snow-covered, but not really. The skies were unremarkable and the branches had shaken off all that they could of the previous night’s snow.
I didn’t even bother taking a photo. It was that disheartening.

ReplyDeleteTake care, rest up (and maybe have a checkup -- you were falling off bike awhile back and not well last week).
ReplyDeletebb
bb, people who mount bikes in skirts, with groceries, in the rain, on uneven surfaces fall. I pay for my sins.
ReplyDeleteI did have a nasty cold last week. That's rare. I hardly ever get colds these years. I was hanging out with someone who got it from someone else, etc etc. Life is like that.
Thanks for the concern though.
